St Marys Amersham

St. Mary’s Church is located at the heart of the picturesque market town of Old Amersham. Lying in the parish of Amersham with Coleshill, the church is one of two, the other being All Saint’s in the charming countryside location of Coleshill. St Mary’s is a popular church at the centre of its community, serving both the old and the new town or Amersham, whilst only being half an hour from central London.

St Peters Burnham

The Parish Church of Bumham has played an important part in the history of this locality for over a thousand years. Burnham was mentioned in the Doomsday Book (1086) and forms part of the Chiltern Hundreds, which comprise Burnham, Desborough and Stoke. If you live in Burnham Parish, attend St Peter’s Church, or have a connection to the Parish, you can be married at St Peter’s Church. If neither of you lives in the Parish, nor do you have any connection with the Parish, it is still possible to be married at St Peter’s, but you will need to discuss this with the Vicar

St Giles Church

The Church of England provides for couples to get married within their Parish of residence or at the Parish where they are regular worshipping members, but it is also possible for couples to marry in a church which has special significance to them, even though they live elsewhere without applying for a special licence. An engaged couple are welcome to be married at St Giles Church but should speak to the Vicar.
